To launch the new AMBEO Soundbar Max, Sennheiser’s most immersive product to date, the brand needed a story that could demonstrate what 3D sound feels like. Foundry was tasked with creating a global campaign that made the invisible power of sound not just heard, but felt.
Approach
To prove the immersive power of the AMBEO Soundbar Max, we partnered with Sennheiser to get testimonials from the world’s most discerning listeners–wild animals. At a sanctuary in South Africa, we built a sound studio with spatial audio setups and expert guidance from animal welfare professionals and recorded the unscripted reactions of lions, hyenas, and more as they experienced the AMBEO Soundbar Max. No scripts. Just pure, honest reactions.
Outcome
Launched with a series of visually arresting films across TV and social, we captured authentic animal responses to true 3D sound. The campaign went on to win numerous global awards, but more importantly, cemented Sennheiser’s reputation as a leader in audio immersion.
